Innovative training & safety

TAG was the first gymnastics program in the Chattanooga area to utilize loose-foam and "resi" pit systems, common in gyms today, to accelerate the training process while maximizing safety.  These and other innovations make a safe, fun environment.

Youth development & fun
TAG has developed more state, regional, and national level competitors, boys as well as girls, than all of the other area gymnastics programs combined! We also have birthday parties, group tumbling events, and even a super duper lock-in party!
